Cookie Policy

A short, plain description of every cookie we set, why we set it, and how you control it. The cookie banner at the bottom of the page is the primary way to accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies; you can change your choice at any time.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file the site stores in your browser. We use them for language preference, session continuity, and (when you consent) analytics + advertising attribution. We do not sell cookie data to anyone.

2. Strictly necessary

Always on. The site won't work properly without them.

  • NEXT_LOCALE — your language choice (EN or AR), 12-month expiry
  • soln_visitor_id — a random UUID identifying your browser without PII, 12-month expiry
  • soln_session_id — a session UUID with a 30-minute sliding window
  • soln_consent_v1 — your last cookie-banner choice, 12-month expiry
  • soln_admin_session — admin auth session, set only on admin.getsoln.com

3. Analytics

Set only after you click "Accept all" or enable "Analytics" in the cookie settings.

  • _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics 4 visitor + session identifiers
  • utm — UTM attribution capture, 30-day expiry

4. Marketing

Set only after you opt in to "Marketing" in the cookie settings.

  • _fbp — Meta Pixel browser-side identifier, 90-day expiry

5. How to control cookies

Open the cookie banner from any page footer (Cookies link) and pick "Cookie settings" to toggle categories. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time. The change applies on next page load.
