Privacy Policy

Soln LLC is a UAE-registered men's care brand. For data-protection purposes we act as the data controller. The current entity placeholder reflects MVP smoke-test status; a final entity registration and trade license number will replace this before the real-public launch.

We collect only what we need:

• Email address (when you submit the reserve form)
• Phone number (optional, with country prefix)
• Language preference (EN or AR)
• Device info — browser, OS, screen size — abbreviated
• Usage data — pages visited, clicks, language switches
• Country-level location (derived from IP, then hashed)
• Referral data — the campaign or site that brought you here

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

To contact you when products are ready, to measure interest, to detect abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not share with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Microsoft Azure (hosting + database, UAE/EU regions)
• Google Analytics 4 (anonymised usage analytics — only after consent)
• Meta Pixel (advertising attribution — only after consent)
• Google Tag Manager (tag management — only after consent)
• Azure OpenAI (translating our product copy to AR — never user-submitted data)

• Reserve leads — until you withdraw consent or request deletion
• Analytics events — 12 months, then archived or deleted
• Consent records — 5 years (audit trail)
• Server logs — 90 days

You can access, correct, erase, restrict, object, port, withdraw consent, or complain to the UAE Data Office. Email privacy@getsoln.com — we respond within 30 days.

TLS in transit, encryption at rest, hashed IP addresses, salted password hashing for admin access, role-based access controls, and regular dependency updates. No system is perfect; we work to minimise risk.

Primary infrastructure in Microsoft Azure regions inside the UAE and EU. Some analytics processors operate outside these regions under PDPL Art. 22–23 transfer safeguards.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If a minor submits information here, write to privacy@getsoln.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
