1. What this site is
Soln. is currently in a smoke-test phase. We are validating customer interest in nine men's-care products before producing inventory. The "Reserve yours" CTA logs your interest. No product is in stock today; no payment is taken on this site.
2. Your reserve submission
When you submit a reserve form you authorise us to contact you once when the first real batch ships. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing privacy@getsoln.com.
3. Fake checkout disclosure
The site includes a complete fake checkout flow that ends at a "We'll contact you when this product is available" confirmation. No card details are stored, no payment is processed, no order is placed. The flow exists to measure purchase intent.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED), VAT-inclusive. Prices, formulations, and packaging are subject to change before the real launch.
5. Intellectual property
The Soln. wordmark, brand identity, product names, and all site content are Soln. LLC's intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
6. Acceptable use
Don't submit false information, don't attempt to compromise the site, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to accounts that violate these rules.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Soln. LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or reliance on its information.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days before they take effect.
